BOTOX® treatment is a revolutionary approach to reversing the effects of facial wrinkles. Crow’s feet, worry lines, and laugh lines can all be a thing of the past. These are referred to as dynamic wrinkle lines and all are treatable with this procedure. Cosmetic denervation is the process of injecting botox into the tiny facial muscles that create wrinkles.
Before Surgery
To better understand your overall health, we will evaluate your medical history prior to surgery. In addition, a complete examination of your eyes is made in order to decide the most effective injection sites. All issues and concerns will be discussed.
The areas that will be treated are marked and digital photographs are taken in order to determine the amount of improvement after surgery.
The BOTOX® Procedure
BOTOX® injections are performed without anesthesia because it is virtually painless. Only a very small sting is felt when the injections are made. The effects are not permanent and may need to be repeated two to three times per year to retain the effects. Research has suggested, however, that long-term use of the injections leads to a longer duration of each treatment’s effect. Patients over the age of 65 may not experience as dramatic of results. Botox is only useful in treating expression lines and cannot be used to repair sagging skin caused by aging.
Post-Operative Information
After the operation patients may experience slight bruising around the area that quickly fades. Normal activities can be performed immediately. Possible side effects are temporary weakness of nearby muscles or in rare cases, an eyelid may droop. BOTOX® is completely reversible so any side effect is only a temporary condition. The doctor will explain all risks associated at the time of your consultation.

Hello guys, I feel discouraged. I spent a lot to have veneers and straight teeth. At the time when I received veneers I had mentioned a permanent retainer which wasn’t recommended. I wear my retainer every night and my teeth are still shifting back to how they used to be. If I had known I’m not sure I would have spent this money. I’m not sure what is recommend at this point - Paying for braces doesn’t cut it and I don’t feel that the plastic retainers hold my teeth into place.

I am a dental hygienist and was looking for a dentist who was willing to save my elderly fathers severely broken front tooth. We saw a few general dentists that only gave him the option to pull the tooth and place an implant or a removable prosthesis. I have had dental implants for thirty years due to a car accident. I was having severe pain and irritation from my dental implant appliance. Dr Weirerbach knew exactly what was needed, it didn't fit properly and the hardware was outdated. The temporary appliance fit better than the actual appliance I had from a prior dentist. I have my permanent appliance now and it is absolutely beautiful and better yet it fits perfectly. My teeth look real and very much like my actual teeth looked. I am very anxious at the dentist and Dr Weirerbach and all of his staff were very accommodating and kind. I could not be more thrilled and grateful for my new smile and the fabulous customer service provided. I highly recommend Dr Weirerbach and staff!

My teeth were so terrible I was petrified even to think of going anywhere to have a consultation I found myself not smiling, I won'tdidnt want to socialize so one day I ran into a friend of mine I hadn't seen for a long time she had the most beautiful smile so I asked her who is your dentist her reply was doctor John Weierbach 2nd she said hes not just a Dennist he does it all.So I looked him up on his website and wrote an email I kept that he mail for 2 weeks as a draft it was so hard for me to hit that send button because I was so ashamed of my teeth! I went to Dr Weierbach because I was unhappy about how my current orthodontist was treating my bruxism (teeth clenching at night). He assessed me and suggested trying Botox to relax the muscles. Within MINUTES, I felt relief and my face looked thinner as the muscles relaxed (turns out I was totally ripped, but only on my face, hahaha!). I slept with no guard and no medicine for bruxism for the first time that night in over 20 years. Night two has also passed. I am sleeping better and I have no pain in my jaw in the morning. Literally life-changing!
